  • Master Resell Rights (MRR) Products: These digital products allow you to sell them as your own and pass on resell rights to your customers. However, you cannot make any modifications or edits to the content before reselling.
  • Private Label Rights (PLR) Products: Digital products that you can customize and sell as your own without the ability to pass on resell rights to your customers.
  • Personal Use Products: Digital products intended for personal use only, without any rights to resell or distribute.
  • Courses and Affiliate Offers: Some products, including courses and affiliate offers, have specific licensing terms provided on their respective product pages.
  • You or Licensee: Refers to the individual, business entity, or organization that has acquired digital products from Digital Empire Makers.

License
Upon obtaining Digital Empire Makers products, you are granted a license to use and sell them according to the specific terms of the product type.

Permissions for MRR + ePLR Products
You are allowed to modify and rebrand MRR and ePLR products as you see fit. You can sell these products and pass on resell rights to your customers. Additionally, you may sell the products on your own websites, marketplaces, or other platforms.

Permissions for MRR Products
You are allowed to sell MRR products as your own and pass on resell rights to your customers. However, you cannot modify or rebrand these products before reselling. You may sell the products on your own websites, marketplaces, or other platforms. Please note that some MRR courses cannot be resold on marketplaces like Etsy, eBay, etc. When this restriction applies, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Permissions for PLR Products
You are allowed to modify and rebrand PLR products as you see fit. You can sell these products, but you cannot pass on resell rights to your customers. Furthermore, you can use PLR products as content for your own websites, blogs, or marketing materials.

Permissions for Personal Use Products
Personal Use Products are intended solely for your personal use. You are not allowed to modify, rebrand, resell, or distribute these products in any form.

Permissions for Courses and Affiliate Offers
Courses and affiliate offers may have their own specific licensing terms, which are provided on the respective product pages. Please review these terms carefully before making a purchase. Links to these specific terms are also available below in the accordion drop-down section.

Prohibited Actions
You are strictly prohibited from redistributing any of the products for free. Sharing your license or account login details with others is not allowed. Selling the products on unauthorized platforms or in a manner that violates the terms of this agreement is prohibited.

Use our resources in a manner that maintains their value. This means avoiding practices such as bundling large volumes of products and selling them significantly below market value, presenting the products in a way that reduces their perceived worth, or creating memberships that offer an excessive number of products. In certain instances, a minimum advertising price may be set for specific products and must be followed.

License Revocation
Your license may be revoked if you violate the terms by distributing content for free, sharing account logins, or not following the licensing terms. Upon revocation, you may only use the products for personal purposes and cannot resell or distribute them further.

Attribution and Branding
Users are not required to provide attribution to Digital Empire Makers when reselling or using the products. There are no specific branding guidelines that users need to follow unless specified otherwise in the individual product licenses.

Legal and Compliance
You do not acquire ownership IP rights to any product by purchasing a license. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our products.

Support and Updates
We provide email support for technical issues related to accessing and downloading the products. Updates to products, if any, will be provided at our discretion.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these licensing terms will be handled through mediation. We aim to resolve disputes in a fair and efficient manner.
